RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We really hope that you love your Hosbjerg items. If you do wish to make a return for any reason, here is what you need to know.
You can return the items within 14 days after you have received your package. The items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in. The items must also still have the hang tag on otherwise the items cannot be returned. Provided these conditions are met, your refund will be credited to the credit card of the original purchaser as soon as we have processed your return. Please be aware that we are not refunding the shipping amount you may have paid for the delivery. Returns damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return, please fill out the enclosed return form and send it along with your items within 14 days after you have received your package. Price tags and other labels must be attached to all returned items, which have to be returned in the original packaging.
Please contact our customer service team by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of your return items and we will provide you with a return label. Print out the provided return label and attach it to your return package and hand in the package to the nearest post office or parcel shop. Notice that the costs of the return shipment are following:
4 EUR on orders inside Denmark
15 EUR on orders inside Europe
20 EUR on orders outside Europe
The costs will automatically be deducted from the refund unless otherwise agreed upon with our customer service team.
Please save your tracking number for the return. We also recommend keeping the delivery receipt as proof that the delivery was sent. It can take between 5-10 weekdays from we approve the return until the money will appear in your bank account.
WAREHOUSE & RETURNS ADDRESS
In the case of returning bonus products for example free gifts, a gift with purchase, or bonuses, refunds or credits will only be issued for the value charged for the item on the original order. If you received a free product with your order, returning the free product alone will not result in any credit. Similarly, if a purchased product that included any bonus products is returned, the bonus products must also be returned in order to receive a credit for the purchased product.
Please note that we do not offer any returns or refunds on stock or sample sale. When you shop from our stock and sample sale, all sales are final. Please contact our customer service by email at email@example.com for more information.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
On orders above the following:
70 EUR inside Denmark
160 EUR inside Europe
180 EUR outside Europe
we offer one free exchange per order provided that the item is in stock. Please just fill out the enclosed return form and place together with the items you wish to exchange. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a free return label.
We will process exchanges within a few business days of receiving the items and we will contact you as soon as your exchange has been dispatched from our warehouse.
We cannot accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you. For any other queries please contact email@example.com for assistance.
NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS
All products are covered by the danish sale of goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer, you have the right to complain about any defect or deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. In case of a complaint or a missing delivery please contact customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a photo of the item and we can advise you on how to proceed.
